I grow my own sprouts, actually about 12 different kinds and overeat them everyday. I drink a 40 ounce smoothie in the morning for all of my daily nutrients - which are in raw form! Yes, sprouts are in the smoothie. Yet I love a tasty local grass fed prime rib cooked in no seed oils.

I wear a pair of Earth Runners every time I step out the door unless there is just too much snow. The sandals are a zero drop, which mimics walking barefoot and is better for the entire body.

Earth runners have a small piece of copper on the bottom that runs up through the laces to mimic a ground of a house. Don’t get me starting on “earthing” health benefits…

I’ve hiked throughout the western states yet Northwest Montana is my go to for backwoods, mountain peaks and crystal clear waters. All day hikes are my favorite for a nature retreat!

I’ve lived in a tiny home, camper, tent, van, all to live away from the crowded towns and cities. Sometimes to escape the harsh winters I’ll tent camp around the southwest for months at a time. Now I reside in an apartment to utilize the fast wifi and safely store my belongings. Yet the scenic views are right out my door here in the Flathead County.

All of my health practices are a result of dealing with mold poisoning for years! In 2023 I got my mold levels checked which sent me down a path of healing. Now in 2025 I’m feeling clear minded and full of creativity!

Years of video editing, I no longer offer videography.

Now I focus primarily on photography. The editing load is more manageable.
